How does the seat pricing work?+
Broker starts at $39,997 for year one with 10 seats and scales in blocks of +10. Done-For-You starts at $79,997 for year one with 20 seats and scales in blocks of +20. Use the seat selector on the plan — the price updates live. Team Lead is a flat 5 seats.
What do my agents pay?+
On a brokerage plan, each active agent seat is $97/mo — and when you sponsor the seat, your agent pays nothing for the platform and funds only their own usage. On Team Lead’s Team option ($497/mo) you sponsor up to 5 members and they pay usage only.
What does usage cost?+
